Mohamed OUBENAL is a tenured researcher in sociology at IRCAM in Morocco. His research interests include economic sociology, sociology of amazigh (berber) culture and social network analysis. He is investigating economic elites in Morocco and Tunisia with an involvement in the international discussions on corporate power. He is member of the editorial board of the academic journals: Asinag and Critical Sociology.
