Dmitry Kokorin is a sociologist and political scientist. He is a PhD candidate at Russia Institute, King’s College London. He specialises in post-socialist transitions, urban governance, institutional change, and the evolution of hybrid and authoritarian regimes, particularly in Russia. Alongside his academic work, Dmitry has considerable experience collaborating with leading organisations in the civil society sector, such as International Memorial, the Dynasty Foundation, and several other NGOs and charities.
